Heart Month – was declared in 1964 by President Lyndon B. Johnson, to raise awareness across the country motivating Americans to adopt healthy lifestyles to prevent heart disease. Let’s all extend our sincere thanks and gratitude to the entire Cardiovascular Care Team and Cardiac Rehabilitation Care Team, under the leadership of Mary Maliszewski, Director of Nursing for Critical Care & Cardiovascular Services, for their dedication and commitment.
