I hope everyone is doing well during quarantine 2020, and while a lot has changed in the last few weeks I hope you are remembering to keep our eye on the prize!
If you have been working hard to lose weight or maintain your weight, please do not allow the quarantine to alter your wonderful results! Let’s keep those New Year’s Resolutions despite this massive curve ball we have been thrown.
These is a very stressful time for all; but please try your best to maintain a schedule or routine, plan ahead, meal prep, make the best choices you can make and keep up with your hydration and your physical activity. The best way to monitor how you are doing is to continue keeping your exercise and food logs.
As you know we have an awesome collaboration with SB bariatrics and they are participating in telemedicine appointments to help keep you on track during this time.
