The holidays are coming. Let’s avoid the holiday weight gain!
Hi guys, Mary back… as we are approaching the holiday season, let’s do something different this year; let’s not wait until New year’s to make our weight loss resolutions- why don’t we go into the holiday season making good or smart choices!
If you know you are going to a party or event where there is food involved, try to incorporate physical activity or exercise on that day- Definitely eat something before you go to really take the edge off. If you’re going to a friend or family member’s house, bring a dish to share, if you’re going somewhere where food is being served, try to use a smaller plate.
I always suggest wearing form-fitting clothes to help you from overeating, eat slowly, enjoy your company, enjoy the holiday season and I will talk to you soon!
